We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

All returns must be sent via Royal Mail Guaranteed Special Delivery.
⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

If the item is not faulty and the correct product was delivered, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, ZYLEN LONDON will cover the return shipping and any related fees.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
